When we walked in and smelled the bathroom, we should have saved ourselves an hour and a half and left immediately. When we did leave, we left hungry, because we never ended up getting our food. There were maybe 3 other tables in the restaurant so there was no excuse for waiting this long. I never saw a manager. Corporate would be VERY upset by this. In addition, as we waited, we read reviews of the place and it seems to me this is the norm for this location. On the bright side, some of the reviews were hilarious.

I'm sure everybody has posted good things and bad things about this place. bottom line is my experience was absolutely horrible. Once we sat down. It took 15 minutes to finally get our water, we got to order our food.40 minutes later we get our food cold. I don't know about you guys but I don't like cold pancakes cold eggs cold sausage. It looked like somebody opened up a can of Hormel and just poured it on my plate. The servers and the cooks were uncoordinated and management was lacking You lost a customer today

What kind of restaurant said making to go orders without contacting the customer. Great it's busy inside. The to go order is likely not able to sit down and wait. They ordered to go and a time for pickup was given. Doesn't help when I know as a DoorDash driver I sat there for 45 minutes after they had the order for an hour. Nothing like spittimh I'm a customers face
