Very poor customer service. The whole time we were there we had to keep looking for our waitress and calling her over so that we could get refills or whatever we needed while she was sitting at the lobby, on her phone all the time we were there. Not once did she come to us without us having to call her over. We waited more than 45 minutes for our food to be brought to us when we were the only ones in the restaurant. Will be going to another IHOP from now on.
Service is always strange here. Everytime I go which is usually around or before midnight it's not busy and it's either slow service or they have us seated where we don't want to be and take forever to get back to us. Also to bring coffee refills they are pretty slow on that to.
Liked this ihop especially the Burger it had no Grease and my Girlfriend's Waffle plate looked good. Pharr, Tx Rocks.
