The actual IHOP is fine but they're parking lot and surrounding area is full of trash. You have nice hotels and a great location. You have out of state visitors coming to Arizona to see a filthy mess in the parking lot. What an embarrassment for an establishment. I was walking out of the restaurant when there was out of state people coming in commenting on how filthy Arizona is. Takes 5 minutes to send an employee out and pick up trash in the parking area. And by no means was this new trash.
IHOP has definitely declined over the years. The food is average, it’s not something I would go out of my way to eat. This location is showing its age. Could probably use a refreshing. Service was ok, never got a refill on my drink, long time to have my order taken.
Clean, Waite staff friendly. My egg / pancake breakfast arrived warm, but not hot. I truly believe the staff were too few, although they were trying their best to take orders and serve guests. IHOP like many others are having their challenges with staffing. Still a better choice than other breakfast restaurants.
