IHOP

Came inside to be seated. Waited around 10 minutes for someone to seat us when we were the only ones at the front and there were about three tables with people seated. We ordered coffee, the server only brought one cup when we asked for two. We asked for creamer and milk three times before it was brought out. We could see our waiter from where we were sitting and he was standing there on his phone the whole time. He brought our food out but then we realized it wasn’t ours. The food belonged to the table next to us. Same lady from the back came out and called our waiter to clean all of the dirty tables around us that had been dirty since before we were even seated. Waiter spoke super quiet, was unreliable, and couldn’t even do the bare minimum of his job duties. What are your employee standards?

I know this location very well I've been eating here for 20 years it's been through some changes but consistently has been a great restaurant with the exception of today the manager refused to make eye contact or acknowledge US during our long wait however our server whose name was Sam was extremely polite and courteous I ordered the poblano omelette and the poblano omelette came with limited toppings not consistent with how it's supposed to be I'm going to post a photo of my poblano omelette compared to the poblano omelette on the menu it tasted just as bad as it looks.

Every employee we encountered was very kind. They took time out of their very busy day to speak with us, explain their cooking process & lidten. Food was good too. Dietary restrictions: If you're eating low carb/keto, beware. Their omelets have pancake batter in them. You need to ask for a shelled egg omelet & look for white edges. This will confirm it is eggs.
