Food is good, but when I eat out I really don’t want to listen to a manager chew out his staff. Our waitress was great. We eat here pretty regularly and she’s one of the best we’ve had - quick, attentive, checked in with us frequently, remembered all the details of our order. I guess our waitress had something come up with her child and asked to leave early. It was 9am this Thursday morning and the place was dead. The manager chewed her out for 10 minutes straight without coming up for air. The entire restaurant could hear him. I learned he owns four businesses, has five rental properties, has five kids - three in college and two in high school. He also believes work is more important than anything, including more important than your children. At one point he told our waitress, “Unless someone is dying, work is the most important thing.” Work is not the most important thing, staffing your business appropriately and hanging on to quality workers though is important.
wasn't very impressed, was busy but cleared pretty quickly. we were seated pretty fast and the waitress was really nice. took our orders but it took way to long to receive our food waited more than 40 mins. 2 of the orders were wrong and by the time we received our food they were all cold.not sure if they were short handed. but I don't think we will be returning.
