IHOP

Unpleasant experience. My husband had wanted to go and we went on a Sunday as a family. The first thing the girl who served us mentioned was that she was alone and that everything was going to take a long time. There were about 6 tables with people. The place was almost empty. I wanted to sit by the window and the girl told me she couldn't because she was alone taking care of the whole apartment. I insisted. How is it possible that they tell me where to sit forced to a place of recreation? After giving us the menu, 30 minutes passed without serving us. We decided to leave. Hire more staff and offer decent service and care for people who choose them over other restaurants.

Came here with my family around 9pm for dinner. The food was good but the service from Kathy was top notch. My 8yr old daughter stated how nice she was and said she should be the manager of this place. I do have to agree with my daughter. Kathy was doing multiple jobs and was still very attentive to her customers. I hope management sees this review and recognize what a gem they have.

When I first walked in, one waitress didn't want to seat us because she was waiting for a coworker. People started to pile up in the front until someone demanded a manager. The manager came out the back and seated all of us. He also took our orders (at all five tables where he sat everyone). The manager was welcoming and friendly. He made sure the workers served everyone, and he checked on each table to ask, "How was your food? And Do you need anything else?". The food was good. The chicken tenders and broccoli were quite small. The chicken tenders were a bit overcooked. The eggs and bacon were correctly cooked and tasted good. However, the best thing was the Belgian Waffle; it was big and delicious. Overall, I enjoyed my visit.
