My visits lately compared to a year ago. Now: friendly staff. Clean tables/floors/lobby/parking lot. HOT FOOD. -> And it’s made EXACTLY how I ask <- Prices are still decent. They even have a new loyalty point system where you get I think 3 points per $5 you spend. And at 15 points you get a free stack of silver dollar hotcakes. A year ago: I was cussed out by the waitress, because I had an issue with hair in my food. Like, it came from the middle part of my omelet, IN FRONT OF THE SERVER as she was asking me if I needed anything else. The manager was so overworked and overwhelmed at the time, all she could do was say she was sorry and take half my meal off. I got about half my hash browns and maybe 3 bites of my eggs and there’s no way I’m eating anything else after that. It grosses me out so bad. So I really shouldn’t have paid at all. Maybe for my drink. And I mean, just overall it’s a completely different restaurant. Probably all new staff and management. So whoever is responsible f

Ordered a online pickup order, went there and waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes, when no one answered I walked in and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for my meal, I had 3 different people ask me what my name and order was and no one brought back my food. When I finally did get my food they forgot a item so I had to wait a little bit longer for that item as well. When I got home the pancakes we ordered where terrible, and tasted like they had been sitting for over a hour. would have been better off going to McDonald’s.

I come here and get a certain omelette made as a crepe… it’s not hard. The same filling placed in the omelette, put it in the crepe. But the cook today decides he’s not going to do that. Mushrooms, avocado, and sauce placed in a crepe… on top of that the service is horrible.
