It took forever to be seated even though there were 3 people in the whole restaurant. The bathroom didn't have soap, and there was garbage all over the floor. The flies were annoying. Not the most amazing food, which is understandable. but the waitress was nice.
Chi chi the server was lovely - best part of the experience. but the food was lacking :/ probably because we came in at 1am also. it is definitely better to come during the day than late night. but chi chi goes above and beyond as a server and has a lovely personality!
Worst IHOP experience ever! Three tables with customers including ours. We waited forever for our food. The chicken tenders and onion rings were so overcooked, you could've knocked the building down with them. Driest and most bland omelet I've ever had.We asked twice for a refill that we didn't get until we got our ticket(that we asked for 15 minutes prior to receiving). If I could leave zero stars, I would.
