I’m sitting here right now as I type this and it’s been 30 mins since we gotten our order taken for DRINKS. Every waiter has ignored our table for some reason, manager took the table behind us, seems like she’s a friend of theirs. The hostess took our drink orders and had to put in our food order. While manager and waiters all walk around not even batting and eye towards us. This happens a lot, almost every time we come here. We almost walked out but if it wasn’t for the nice young hostess lady for taking our orders. Worst ihop in the city of Moreno Valley. I ain’t leaving a tip either for the HORRIBLE service.
If you order from a place called superdilla on your food delivery app, DO NOT. Absolutely devastated, was expecting a decent meal for 40$ and ended up getting things made at this Ihop. Definitely would call this false advertising.
My first experience at this location was somewhat good. There was an altercation that transpired as I came in, however, it was none of my concern, but it did affect the service I received as far as time is concerned for my order to be taken. Through it all the food was excellent and the server was courteous.
