IHOP

This was my second time at this location while visiting Miami and I don't think I will be back. Firstly, parking can be difficult and because of it being so busy the priority was to sit the next party as quickly as possible which meant the tables did not get cleaned very well (just my observation while waiting on my food). I ordered a vanilla coffee which I didn't get until well after my meal was brought, which took alot longer than usual. I don't know if they ran out of pancakes but the table across from me got theirs after they completed eating and mines were definitely raced off the grill as they needed to be cooked longer.

I love this place but they are always a mess, most of the time its really slow but the food is good and staff is usually friendly. If you are not in a rush you should come here, if you are this is not a place for you. The parking is usually full but with patience you will get your spot. In conclusion, it's a good place but if you are not in a rush.

You know the drill when it comes to iHOPs, good food don't have to go into details but the staff made it even more enjoyable. The waitress Kathy (I think) was the sweetest ting ever and the other staff member that we interacted with were exceptional. They definitely made our day and I hope we did too.
