I usually don’t leave reviews but me and my husband went to IHOP on Friday for his birthday and we had a very nice experience we wanted to thank Lorena for her amazing service. She was working alone but regardless she took the time to give us an amazing service and even managed to sing happy birthday all by herself!!!! Thank you Lorena!!
Great place, I order there every early morning. My favorite is Bayron. Exceptional service and I end up leaving satisfied.
The evening started on Friday 11:00pm +. We sat & waited on a table. I don't remenber both names because they never gave them out . It was a man and a heavy set women! She talked all the time, He was more quieter and observant. They pass us over and sat other folks. iI then complained and he corrected his mistake. I order crepes for my wife. I had coffee as well as her. When the bill came I noticed that he had over charged me. I then! let it go and promise myself not to return while this two; worked there. The guy was an empowered idiot ! and she kept on talking to a pair of guys and ignored other customers!
