IHOP

Wonderful. We were a party of 10 and our waitress was very pleasant, attentive and efficient. She made us all feel special. Not just us, we observed her with other customers and she had a was the same with each. Oh, the food was good also.

10/10 do NOT recommend. My husband and I will not be coming back to this location due to the fact that we were seated at our booth and waited 20 minutes before another guest came in and was seated with his order being taken right then. Not once did an employee stop to take our drink order- not once did anyone come by to pick up our menu’s or check to see if we needed anything. The young gentleman with glasses was waiting the booth next to us and spoke of how when he is tending to guests “he always makes sure that they are taken care of” as we continued to sit right across from the booth he was waiting on for another 10 minutes before we decided to just get up and leave. Never have I EVER had to leave a restaurant due to poor service or customer service skills. I guess there’s a first for everything.

Always busy, especially on wkends, but you can't go wrong with IHOP, food is always great. I ordered online & picked up the order, which was quicker. I was impressed, something as small as their to go containers, were re-designed to not only keep the pancakes separate but the container tops can be used as "plates" so nothing gets soggy or spills easily. Love it, great job IHOP!!!! Kid-friendliness: Love the kid options, especially the smiley face pancakes & waffles.
