Restaurant was nearly empty, but still took 15 minutes for drinks. Food was taking a long time so I went to the restroom. In the way, I saw our food sitting, dead, in the window with no staff in sight. I had to ask staff and manager to bring our food and it was luke warm because it had been in the window for a long time. Manager apologized, but still charged us full price and never offered to rectify the situation. Bathroom was filthy and so was the dining area. Will not return to this location. Do not recommend.

This IHOP has improved over time. A few months ago it was pretty bad I'm not gonna go into detail. It looks like they turned it around and gotten some new workers and the food is pretty good for IHOP food. The wait was crazy today though. You'll get a nose full of sewage smell on the way in but it goes away after you're inside.

Jordan is truly the best server ever!! She was so polite.. and extremely attentive!! She also was very knowledgeable about the menu because I had some allergen questions.. and she was able to answer them with accuracy.. I had an amazing experience and I would suggest this waitress to everyone..
