Absolutely disgusting. I can not fully put into words my experience today. We could not even eat our food we had to leave. Server was beyond rude I can’t even put into words. There were strings of hair inside my pancake, meaning they cooked with hair in the batter! Waitress shrugged it off did not care, no empathy, nothing. Cooks did not have any hair covering on at all. I will for sure be contacting the health and safety for Broward County. I will NEVER COME BACK HERE!! DO BETTER
Went Sunday morning, place jammed packed, the service was very professional and friendly. We were seated fast, the food was good and we had a great time in this location. Food is delicious but I have one complaint. The waitress Regina came to our table and sat in front of us before we finished eating. She complained about her day telling a story about how someone spent $500 and didn’t tip which I doubt is true like who is ordering that much food.Then was telling us how someone only tipped $5 and told them that wasn’t enough. She really tried hard to get us into tipping more. I can’t see how she’s doing bad considering she’s wearing an Apple Watch. Hope you hire more professional people it does not make your business look good. I sure will be checking my bank statements after this.
