Our waiter, chris??? Put extra napkins on the table so when I spilled my coffee all over my s22 phone, there was no damage. I'm so grateful for his customer service. I'd give 10 stars for service if I could. We always eat there after doctor appointments.

I've been to this IHOP with my granddaughter many times. I've never been a fan of their food, cost, and especially, the service and cleanliness. But I had a horrifying [sanitation-related] experience at BK three doors down, and my granddaughter was "starving," so we stopped in. I've not written any reviews of this IHOP on Fort Apache, but if I had, they wouldn't have been glowing until today. As usual, my granddaughter did the ordering. Pancakes with lots of whipped cream. This time around, the pancakes were great. The establishment has cleaned up since we were last here. But most of all, the service was excellent. Unlike previous visits, our server was friendly and full of smiles. Even the other server went beyond with a four-year-old excited to have an in-depth conversation about her coloring expertise. What a pleasant surprise since my last visit. I hope the servers continue to work here.
