Food was okay, heat in the building was definitely turned off. Took 15 minutes to get our drink orders, 15 to get food, our waitress then disappeared for 45 minutes, we asked for more pancakes with the all you can eat, those took 15 minutes. We asked for our check and she double charged us for the all you can eat pancakes. When we asked for the charge taken off she said she needed to wait for the manager to respond to her to get the code. That took about another 20 minutes. I have been to this establishment about a half dozen times and never have received adequate service.

Ordered through curbside pick up. No one ever brought the food out and the phone number they place on the curbside pickup sign leads to an automated message. I pressed the option to speak with a manager, and after the phone rang a few times, the call hung up. Do order here!! Forget bad food. You won't get any food at all.

They claim to be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but every time I go, they say they don't have the chef. I went there six times in the last three months, throught the day and once at 12 a.m. Never got any food. They always tell me that they are short-staffed and do not have a chef. So why keep it open? People come and waste their gas, time, and energy in order for them to send us away with reasons. It is preferable to close the establishment than to keep it open without staff.
