IHOP

We stopped here looking forward to a great breakfast and didn’t even eat! We weren’t welcomed into the establishment because no one was at the door. When we were finally seated no one came until we got up and asked a young lady to come over and that was after 30 minutes!!!! The young lady came to take our order and we ordered our drinks and meal at the same time. I ordered green tea…she brought me decaffeinated tea(because it has a green stripe on the pack) I couldn’t believe it. We looked around and customers were waiting to order all over the restaurant. Finally the server comes over and says they don’t have white cheddar cheese..::we ordered American cheese. That was the final straw. After waiting over an hour and still no food…we cancelled our order. The restaurant is not managed at all and needs a overhaul! Don’t go here unless you’re not hungry and have over two (2) hours to waste!

I ask my daughter what she wanted to eat for her birthday and she was excited to go and eat iHop. However we sadly turned away since they were 20 mins away from closing at 3pm. We looked online and the hours stated that closing time was at 10pm which also stated that it was validated by business. My daughters was heart broken since we turned away. We had to first call the neighboring which was 20 mins away before we made another long drive. Please update your hours online to avoid any confusion.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would! Please do not waste your time coming here. The service is terrible. The food is NOTHING like it used to be. The host at the front was incredibly rude, she took a party that came in after me before me then lied & said she called my name & I didn’t answer but I sat in front of her the whole time. The servers all have terrible attitudes. I’ve asked for the ingredients that come with my meal MULTIPLE times & it never came. The table was sticky & the bench was too. The staff argues amongst themselves but we can hear that in our seats. It’s a hot mess in here. I want my money back. I will be contacting corporate.
