The butter on my pancakes just would not melt. My steak was supposed 2 be medium-well. It was barely cooked! They killed those eggs 4 times over. Potato cakes are now "discontinued". Dominique has an attitude problem. No smile, no refill on drinks, and rolled her eyes at every request. I can tell she didn't wanna be there. Aside from that... There was a birthday crowd, with the loudest screams and laughs! Those ppl needed a banquet room rental. I didn't eat anything at all. My goal was a FRESH, PEACEFUL breakfast. They fucc'd that up.

Walked in and looked at by several employees but no one made any move toward me or said anything to me. One employee even sat down to speak with a table even after seeing me. What a way to let me know I’m not welcome. So many people that could’ve acknowledged me and nothing… took 3 minutes for someone to help and that person was visually waiting on a table..

It was not my first time on this brand but it was my frita time on this location. It looks like brand new or just remodeled one. Decoration, smells, and lighting are very welcoming. We were sat right away and we were starving so we ordered quickly and the server made everything possible to make us feel right. We were just before rush hour so we noticed that new guests needed to wait a little bit for a table. Look like they’re short staffed specially on lunch rush. Restrooms need some improvement but overall it was a pleasant brunch for my family. Definitely visiting the brand again! Well done!
