IHOP

Went to this New IHOP location after being a regular at the old one. But for some reason the service was horrible. I had a breakfast order with crepes I got half my food and had to wait another 25 minutes to get the crepes by that time im done eating so had to take it go. Then waited another 10 minutes to get the check because our waitress didnt come back to check or refill our waters or anything. Haven't seen much of the old staff but these new employees needs to step it up. Parking: It's usually hard to get parking here

Worst IHOP I have been to. Food and seating takes too long. It just looks nice because it is new. Complete garbage!

Unfortunately I worked here for a moment. All these reviews are completely on point. It was mass chaos. They have a great team with so much potential, but a manager that simply does not care about his employees or how they are treated. He talks horrible to them and in no way gave them the tools and training they needed to be successful. So please give it time and these servers will train themselves more and be a better team. They are such good kids. Don’t punish them because they were set up for failure. Hopefully IHOP will see where they have made their mistakes and do right and fix it. And apologize to the ones who truly tried to help their business be successful instead of tear it down. So I say give it a few months and maybe they will have fixed it and give them another shot!!
