IHOP

3 separate times I have ordered and asked for the strawberry syrup. It’s the only reason I order from ihop. And I continuously get the regular maple syrup which I could get anywhere else. It’s extremely frustrating to repeatedly have my order messed up. It’s on the receipt. The cooks and the line manager really need to do a better job. Especially since it’s the weekend the standards should be higher. Absolutely unacceptable I will no longer order from this location again.

Food was good. Service was good at the beginning but then the waitress rush us & almost kicked us out of the restaurant. I do recommend the mix berries crepes. They were delicious!!! Vegetarian options: They have very good vegetarian options. Parking: Medium size parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking & entrance wheelchair accessible.

Went to this IHOP, usually have a good time and good service. Except this experience I had today. There was a slight misunderstanding on what I wanted, and I no longer wanted the meal. All good, until the general manager, Carlos, told my server to tell me that I will need to pay for the meal next time. Even though that’s not what I wanted/asked for. My server was very respectful and nice. The general manager came to my table saying that is not what he said when it really was. Instead of diffusing the situation he started to argue with me. Very poor customer service. The manager Theo he did a really good job in calming the situation down, fixing it and making sure everyone was happy. Theo did a really good job. Carlos was very unprofessional and might need to be retrained on customer service. I was going to give a 1 star but Theo and the server were very professional and cared for our situation. They are the only reason why I’m giving 3 stars. For Carlos is only 1 star
