IHOP

We were finishing up our Christmas vacation and found this IHOP. So glad we did. Our food was amazing and after a slight major mixup on our order not only did our server come out to apologize so did the Chef. Our hostess Miss. Iyesha was so very welcoming and helpful to us as well as her teammates to give us a top notch customer service experience. Thank you to Chef Deon and Miss. Brianna for an awesome example of great customer service and great food. The Manager should be proud of his staff ????????????

CLEAN QUITE & COMFY!! Tai Bria opened the door for me seeing I was alone with a toddler and stroller. I was pleasantly surprised when she was also our server and take out server. Even with many hats she gave excellent fast and pleasant service. She even settled an unhappy table near us and didn’t skip a beat. The entrance was a bit far from the parking area but I won’t fault the establishment for that. The food was delicious, hot, and great portions. The overall cleanliness I would give a 4/5 star because the entry and bathrooms needed a little attention but overall nice. This place has a modern up to date feel with great service and good food. It’s my go-to ihop location.

Waited too long for a set with no one in the restaurant. Music way too loud. Food quality poor. Pancakes were good Waitress was a notch above fair. She was nice. Training needed. Parking: Walk to building longer than normal
