IHOP

Want me money back. I brought some folks here for a quick bite. One, it wasn't quick. Two, the place was dirty and looked like it hadn't been swept from yesterday's shift, waitress was nice, but didn't see her after the first plates were brought. Needed to get to an appointment but wanted more pancakes. They were delayed and overall tough and lukewarm to I had to scarf them down and leave. My friend's toast that was an additional 3.50, was burnt and dry. Can't believe I was charged for it. He couldn't even eat it. He was showing everyone his pathetic toast, which no one responded to, or said, "hey, let me go get you some toast worthy of that $3.50." We ended up going to Chick-fil-A after the scheduled appointment because everyone was still hungry after not eating at IHOP. Didn't that was going to happen. Last time I go to a place based on a TV commercial advertisement.

My husband and I had breakfast there yesterday. WOW, our server Nate was absolutely amazing. His section was packed and he still managed to have our food and drinks out in a timely manner. He had the sweetest interaction with the table next to us, their little one gave him a pokemon sticker and he was so sweet about it. The food was great, the service was 10/10!

ordered to go. Got home didn't receive all our food. called left oon hold for 10 minutes. went up to the restaurant, and they refused to give me a refund because the barely 18-year-old front of house said she put them in my bag. why would call then drive all the way back here if I got all of my order! completely disrespectful people. The owner said he would refund me if the girl said she forgot to put the items in my bag. a 6 dollar mistake. what a joke.
