Worst service I’ve ever seen at an IHOP, they sat us down at our booth 20 minutes later which is fine cause they didn’t have seating for 5 but they didn’t even bother to get us anything to drink even after we sat down at our booth for 15 minutes. Every time I go to an IHOP they bring you coffee nonetheless immediately after seating you, this place clearly has a bad management and bad training for their staff. Avoid the place if you can.

Stopped by this location for a nice little breakfast just to get out the house and we were seated immediately. Our server was great, she got us ordered and waiting within minutes and when the food came out it was piping hot.. just a bit TOO hot because it scalded the roof of my mouth. I ordered Strawberry pancakes, a side of fried potatoes and a biscuit. Im not sure which one did it but both were super hot when they were put in front of me. Aside from that, everything tasted awesome. I enjoyed every bit even with the roof of my mouth messed up. I refused to let it ruin my breakfast. The only thing I think needs improvement is that biscuit. Its described as a buttermilk biscuit, Now, when I think of that, pillsbury buttermilk biscuits jump in my head. This was not that at all. They taste good but its missing the light flakiness like pillsbury or a homemade biscuit.
