I went here after getting released from the hospital. Wanting to just go home, I ordered take out. They were very efficient. The meal was perfect, and they had me on the road in less than 15 minutes. Oh, this was at 5:30 in the morning. Kinda a rush hour for them. Thanks guys. We were impressed.
Oh my goodness. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years because this ihop was the best. But after today, I will NEVER be coming back. The service and food quality has immensely gone down. We waited 10 minutes before someone came to our table to get our drink & food order. The food arrived before our drinks. We waited around for coffee refills. The waffle I ordered was broken and falling apart. My iced coffee was only 2/3’s full. The bacon was undercooked, even though I asked for extra crispy. My eggs were cooked over easy after I asked for over medium. The attention to detail was horrible as if they don’t care.
I love IHop and all their breakfast offerings. It's definitely my favorite place to go for that. The dining room was very quiet and fairly clean. I have been noticing across the board that staffing is very light at their establishments during the day. There was only one person for hosting, seating, and ordering services in the dining room. Which makes service quite slow. I don't know if that's due to call outs or a deliberate schedule choice by management, but even so, be mindful if you're starving! Kid-friendliness: Kids' menu has pictures that help them decide what they want.
