IHOP

We went on a fairly not busy day and we waited around 20 minutes just to be told that there’s only one cook and two staff members working the floor so there’s another 20 minute wait. Several other families were ahead of us in line and were waiting close to an hour just to be seated. Bad service. Nobody at the front desk and overall left hungry and annoyed.

Been going to this location for about 3 years once in a while. Every time they have had fruit flies. Not always flying around, but on the walls. The ac was also warmer than comfortable for the Texas heat. Several tables were uncleaned when I arrived at 1 pm. Probably do to understaffing. Good came out fast and tasted like it always does, but the coke machine was out of syrup and looked like ice tea.

This is the most disgusting IHOP I have ever eaten at. My family and I went to eat breakfast and I swear we were literally surrounded by gnats. The floors are extremely dirty and the tables are dirty. This place is not a clean place to eat at all. Although, the food was pretty good and our waitress was nice, I could not give this place above 1 star because we had so many gnats around we could not enjoy our food. We talked to the manager and he gave us a ridiculous answer that the area just has a gnat problem and pretty much there’s nothing he can do due to company rules. My family and I have eaten at several restaurants in the area and we have never I mean never had gnats like that plus this place is so dirty.
