This morning was my first time to actually try this location. I used Grubhub for pickup and it was super easy and seamless! My food was ready at the stated time and the food was freshly off the grill. The employee at the counter was efficient and made sure everything was in my order before I left. I ordered the chicken and waffles, the tenders weren’t freshly breaded (the long frozen kind), but they didn’t taste bad. Fresh oil was used to fry them. I also ordered the kids funny face pancake, the strawberry banana French toast, split decision breakfast and chocolate milks. We enjoyed everything!
This was the worst service I have had in a very long time. My expectations for this IHOP are pretty low but man, this was bad. We waited for 10-15 minutes before our server came over to our table. We were actively looking for someone for 5 minutes before she came but couldn't find anyone to help us. When she finally came over she didn't have her notebook so she couldn't take our order. Then she put my son's order in incorrectly. When it came out we only asked for the eggs to be corrected. Instead of just bringing him his eggs the correct way, she took his entire plate and didn't bring it back with the correct eggs until another 10-15 minutes had gone by and I had to get up and ask her for his food. We all finished eating and asked for our check. I stopped another server and asked for the manager. I had my card out ready to pay and in the 10 minutes of waiting for a manager the server came by and took my card - yes, I let her as we were SO done and ready to go at that point. Finally the
Tried to have breakfast this morning there. I get it I know it's a holiday and they were busy but they seated us and then three others couples maybe five minutes after us. We sat there for 15 minutes and noone said a thing to us but served the other 3 couples first. When we finally were able to get a waitress not on her phone the lady decided what we wanted without asking us. A little customer service goes along way even if you're busy. If you can't handle the crowd don't sit people.
