Food was great waitress was great, but that silverware was a hot mess. So make sure u ask for some hot water to soak your silverware in before using them. Parking: Lots of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of handicap parking and a long ramp.
I am contacting the corporate office asap! This is the worst service EVER!! Came on a Friday night to try the new menu. The person that waited on my party of three didn't know what was going on. We ordered our food it took 20 minutes and was cold when served. Spoke to the manager who acted like she was more interested in her computer then the terrible service. She spoke to the kitchen but they never try to reheat the plates! Don't go there it used to be a great place to dine. Service has gone down hill!!
My experience at this location was much better than the one I had at an IHOP on Memorial drive last year. The service and the food were really good. I'm disappointed that corned beef hash and harvest grain and nut pancakes have been removed from the menu which is what I was looking forward to eating but hopefully they will bring them back. Everything seems to be better in Fayetteville.
