IHOP

The host was not very friendly, we were sat in a booth that was under an air vent that was leaking, so I was getting drenched while waiting for our server. An other server came by and asked if we had utensils. She came back with plastic utensils. I ordered coffee and asked server if I could have a spoon. Stated that they had no spoons but other table next had a spoon. She gave me a straw and gestured to stir with straw. We placed our order and came to find out system was down. Server came and ask if we wanted to leave card information. We cancelled our order

Took my 10 yr old for the Minion Menu and she loved the Banana Pudding pancakes. Our waitress was outstanding. Was not busy at all. We visited around 11:30am on a Tuesday.

The food, the service was great. When it came time to pay the system went down. The general manager took my information. The next day he called. He needed pymt. My card was swiped 2 times but he insisted he needed a pymt. I let him run my card again. So to make a long story short. Pymt was made but they charged my account double. ???? Thank God my bank reimbursed me the monies. He surprised me being the general manager and to threaten someone who was willing to do it since day 1. He never even apologized for his behavior. It was very unprofessional.
