Today I went to I HOP in Downey with my wife and mother in law around around 1:40 p.m. When we got here the host was not friendly or hospitable. We got a waitress that looked like she was in a bad mood, not very pleasant. My wife and I ordered hamburgers, which were good. My mother in law ordered a grilled chicken hamburger with wheat toast bread. Her sandwich did not look good. Her meat was greasy and did not taste good. It tasted as if it was microwaved she only ate half of it. I ordered a coffee and the cup was dirty . It looked like cheese in the bottom of the cup and the side. That was really disgusting. My mother in law felt sick to her stomach a short time later. I don’t know what went wrong today at this restaurant but we surely won’t be coming here again any time soon. I spent $51 for an unpleasant experience. Workers should not be hired if they can’t make your dining experience a memorable one.
