This IHOP had me feeling some kind of way. Stop in for a bite to eat and the best part was my waitress. She was sweet and doing her best. I always hesitate on dining out during holidays because there are large demanding crowds of people who often do not dine put often. Well, this was definitely the case. ????????♀️ The greeter NEVER greeted me. As a matter of fact he did not say one single word all the way to the table. Thank the heavens for his co-worker he said follow him Ma'am. The restaurant had an odd smell. You know the one you smell in all the movie theaters...like urine. The manager/head of the line was constantly hollering, CONSTANTLY. It was just a very interesting experience.
Decided to stop by last night for dinner. Eric helped us over the phone and once we arrived with this order. He customer service was beyond phenomenal and made my heart so warm. Everything was great from my experience with him to the food. We had no issues or concerns whatsoever and I really appreciate him for the amazing customer service. Such a sweet kind hearted individual he definitely makes a great name for this company!!!!!!!! Will definitely be back and specifically request him from now on! :D
It seems at every IHOP lately, they are short-staffed and the poor servers are running around like chickens with the heads cut off. I felt so bad for them. Once the order was in, the food came out quickly and was DELICIOUS. No issues with the food; we got exactly what we ordered. Also, good gluten-friendly options and dairy-free options for customers with special dietary needs.
