staff was rude, and submissive when asking about my order. I placed a 50 dollar order that was put in 3 bags. I was missing 3 pieces of my order and they tried to act like I was lying. while I'm showing them the receipt. Also, food was cold and damp. my steak was cold, chewy and no flavor. my cheesecake pancakes were wet and over cooked. they put the top to steam my pancakes and they were gross! As they did with all the food!
I got a plain 3 stack of pancakes and it was really good! I wish there were the little different types of syrup again. That's what made my IHOP experience better in the past. The service was okay, the waitress was great when talking to us and getting us what we ordered. There was a lot of yelling going on in the back which disrupted the atmosphere. Maybe we came in at a slow hour where there weren't many people on staff. Overall a decent experience. Server was nice. But, found a roach in my pancakes that I had half eaten. Manager was apologetic.
