IHOP

We were a party of 22 with 14 children. The staff was very friendly and kept our group entertained telling us about attractions in the area and in Charlotte. We had a wonderful breakfast. Kid-friendliness: We had 14 kids in our party. The staff and our servers were very friendly to our entire group.

Food is decent but kinda lazy. Got a bacon temptation omelet and it was just a regular omelette with cheese and bacon thrown on the top instead of having it cut up and mixed in then topped with tomatoes like it should be. Kinda disappointed in it but tasted okay

Understaffed, went there today with my wife and service was slooooow. My wife ordered crispy bacon and it came out limp, it appeared it was the manager that brought the food out, she gave it back to him and said she ordered it crispy, he tool it and that was the last we saw the bacon. Someone needs to clean up their act at this location. When leaving there was a line of people waiting and I said good luck. I am not sure why we cannot get crispy bacon, but everywhere we go in Charlotte we have to send it back.
