IHOP

Very disappointed with this location. I usually frequent this place despite the bad reviews but I have noticed the quality of service and employee attitudes is going down drastically. I always tip 50% or more and usually get decent service but today as I entered all I got was a hi my a welcome we'll be with you or how many or anything even close to welcoming. Wasn't very busy but everything was taking forever from service to food. How can I depend on you guys for a good meal and dining experience anymore? If you don't like the job work somewhere else. Sure I could eat at home but what's then what would be the point of any restaurant? Please reevaluate your staff, employee morale and service policy because you're completely failing in those areas. I hope to come back some day but highly unlikely. Thanks.

Have never been to a cleaner, friendlier IHOP. You'd think they JUST opened last week. No chemical-clean smell, just clean. Very attentive, friendly people. Food was great, coffee was great - we'll definitely be back! Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options as you can customize your orders Parking: Kid friendly menu options Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access, wide open access throughout the restaurant Dietary restrictions: Love that nutritional values are listed on menu. Helps to make better choices easier

I come here about once a month or so and always have had the best service and extremely kind staff always knowledgeable and quick. I was extremely impressed w. The staff here today when I went to redeem some points I had for a free meal and my internet gave out and somehow redeemed itself on its own when the server had not yet got the code down and then became unable to redeem again. The server and manager were extremely understanding and still managed to get my free combo and didnt make it a big deal when they easily could have ! I would give them more then 5 stars if I could , I've always had a extremely pleasant experience at this location and will continue to come back to this location !
