IHOP

Placed my online order and it said it would be ready for pickup in 45 minutes. Showed up 50-60 minutes later. There are no parking spots for curbside pick-up which is what we chose. Long story short 45 minutes later our order was ready then the manager checked it and it was missing something????. So another 10 minutes and we are ready. Food was ok not hot which considering how long we waited u would think it would be fresh. Oh well.

My fiancé and I went here a week or so ago and had horrible service. The place was nearly completely empty, maybe 3 couples or families total. Our waitress messed up my order and completely got me the wrong thing. I said fine, I'll just take that, since I didn't want to wait any longer and it'd been a long wait for being so slow, then I get my bill and she's done nothing to make up for the poor service and messing up my order. No discount, no nothing, what a joke! I could see if it was busy or something, but there was almost no one there. Judging from their customer service, I can see why!

Tiffany, is a great manager in an area filled with concert goers and gamblers. I bet laid back place with great servers. The GM Cort is also great. This is coming from someone that's apart of the team. The back of the house is clean. The front of the house is equally clean. No pictures needed. Just come on in and have a great experience.
