Let me first say I love IHOP I am a frequent flyer at IHOP in Brighton soldiers Field Road but every time I go there and I get this one guy our food is all over his horrible so first water for my tea was Luke warm pancakes came with all the whip cream running off and dripping on the table the steak tips were burnt tips the bacon was burnt and crispy I couldn’t understand why I was getting packets while other people was getting bottles of syrup and ketchup I couldn’t also understand why people that sat after me was getting the order taken before my table once every time I go there and I receive the same guy older He always gives bad service so I talk to the manager beautiful she used to be a regular worker now she’s a manager are amazing she understood what I was saying and fixed it all for the table amazing just amazing she is so amazing I love her love her I wish I knew her name I would give you names I don’t know the names wish I did
