As always our beloved Colorado Omelette with ham and sausage on the side arrived with our stack of NY cheesecake pancakes topped with fresh strawberries looking deliciously like it is pictured in the menu. The side of fresh salsa always pairs well for the perfect compliment to the egg, cheese, bacon, and soft flavorful shredded beef that takes this omelette over the top, even before adding Tabasco. Ny cheesecake pancakes dripping with strawberries in their sauce often don't need the extra strawberry syrup but adding a small amount makes em taste like heaven. Server was nice and meal priced nearly the same as peer locations but the dinning room tables & the floor we're needing attention. Hard to tell if this was normally the case or just due to the crowd of the day.
