IHOP

Dined in with Jean as our server. She's very nice and always does an awesome job every time we visit. Food was cook to perfection. Visited again on 5/24/22. Area was our server. 100% a great experience she provided. Very attentive.

Dined in this week Tuesday for lunch. The greeter and server were nice. Unfortunately our food was a major disappointment. My cousins eggs came out with a hair melted into the cheese. Our server was quick to get another order put in for us. The eggs came out with another hair in it. At this point his pancakes are cold and when we asked for a manager, she said she was going to "see what was going on in the back" but never returned. At this point we both lost our appetite . She had the server take off the eggs snd discount the cold pancakes he had by 20%. I had the banana pudding pancakes. My plate was dirty on the side,and the pudding was not creamy at all. Pasty and looked like it had been mixed with water and not milk. Terrible lasting impression for my visiting from out of town cousin and myself. Didn't take pics (which I normally would've )unfortunately.

We entered and were greeted promptly. We were seated after. The dining room was kind of empty. We ordered a Colorado Omlette that looked unpleasant, dry, skimpy, and tasteless compared to other locations. I'm just disappointed. My husband ordered the spicy poblano that had no kick at all. Our waitress focused on cleaning other tables instead of her current guest. In the beginning, she explained she was the only waitress. Since dining, we've seen 3 other waitresses on duty within 10-15 min of being seated. This was the first time my waitress made no attempt to clean of dishes or glasses while we were still dining. Had to ask another waitress for a drink refill. The waitress brought me a to-go box and folded the bag, putting it where my food went. I won't be back to this location for a while. Parking: Parking was clean and plenty space.
