Terrible service from the manager with his angry face, too long waiting for a table and only 3 waiters who looked extremely tired but treat you super well, the most friendly, the manager crossed his arms. i love ihop but if they continue with this service we will have to withdraw. it was different when the other manager was there.
The service was on point, the staff cleaned around each guest and made sure the floors were clean. Our waitress was friendly and efficient as well. The food was all good as well, the only set back was there weren't and bottles at the table so we had to use ketchup packets etc. Despite that I will definitely visit this location again.
Although service was slow, my server was nice. I waited about 30 minutes for the crispy chicken salad, which was disgusting. The lettuce looked old and was soggy, they put some type of vingarette dressing on it without my knowledge when I asked for ranch dressing. I will probably never eat from this location again
