Walked in a 24/7 IHOP at 2am(I get it-2am)Worst IHOP I have ever seen though. Manager refused to seat our group of 8 people. Claiming their waitresses and cooks couldn't handle the capacity of a group of more than 5 and that this was their policy. Then we asked if 3 of our group left couldn they seat us and they said it would be a 30 min wait when they had multiple tables open. My friend couldn't wait to take us there so we could eat at his favorite place as a treat and I have never felt so disrespected in my life.the lady was rude and wasn't trying to assist in any way.
I am on my drill weekend here in the army and the hotel I’m staying in shares a parking lot with this IHOP and I was extremely hungry. I came in, and was immediately greeted before the door could even close and I could get in good. I don’t know if the guy at the front is a manager or the owner but his customer service and how quickly he can move a line and take to go orders and multitask in general is absolutely AMAZING. I would recommend this place just based on customer service even during peak hours Parking: Considering it shares a parking lot with the hotel, you can say there’s a lot of parking but, the restaurant itself, doesn’t have much as the entrance faces the road and parking is along the side
I was very disappointed at the menu. They got rid of the chicken florentine crepes and they don't serve biscuits at all! The service was very good and I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken fried steak (the gravy was excellent!), hashbrowns, pancakes, and fresh orange juice so the visit was not a complete disappointment. I wish they would bring back those crepes!
