Hungry Howie's Pizza

Well, I tried again. I won't do it in the future. Food arrived looking half baked and looks like it has been sitting in the box for an hour. Nothing about our almost $60 order was warm. I have my oven on now to complete the cooking process and heat everything up. Yuck over an hour wait for cold food that should have been hot!

Food tastes good; prices are reasonable, BUT, you get what you pay for. The customer service here is not very good. Ordered the new flatbread with pepperoni. It looked so terrible it was laughable. Literally 4 single slices of pepperoni that were cut into which made the cheese separate on burnt crust. They usually always forget my dipping sauces and if they don't, it's the old sauce that taste like fermentation; almost like vinegar. Definitely expired. Well yet again they forgot my side items, so I tried to call immediately after receiving my order (which was 15 minutes late... It was a future order). Was just on hold for almost a half hour and still no one picked up. When they originally answered the phone she asked if I could please hold and then just put me on hold immediately. Why bother asking? After almost 30 minutes on hold, I gave up, which is probably what they're counting on. I cringe every time I place an order here because something will go wrong. Not ordering here again, it took forever for delivery and the pizza was all messed up.
