Hunan Dragon III

I ordered a meal from here via Uber Eats for my family on Christmas Day. I 100% understand that most open restaurants are going to be busy on Christmas, but to call them literally 14 times have them ignore my phone calls after waiting 2hrs is ridiculous. At least answer your phone to tell me your busy instead of ignoring. Order was eventually cancelled by Uber.

This is mainly for Hunan Dragon 3 to see: We submitted our order at 8:39 PM, GrubHub quoted arrival time at 9:35 PM. When we asked to check on the status through GrubHub, the GrubHub rep just cancelled completely. We then called the restaurant and was berated for cancelling the order. We didn't cancel the order, Grubhub did because it was SO LATE! The guy on the line from the restaurant said they did nothing wrong and that it wasn't 45 min from when the order was made. (tried telling us it was ordered at 9:30) THE FOOD CAME AT 10:25 PM AND WAS IMMEDIATELY TAKEN BACK. I understand they want their money, but we weren't scamming for a free meal. I can't believe they'd waste food like that. We used to order from them frequently, not anymore. They wasted our time, we have no dinner. Hunan Dragon and GrubHub, get it together!

There are so many choices for Chinese food around this area. My boyfriend and I went with this restaurant for a very good reason - we think dragons are cool. Plus the menu options and prices looked good. This food was honestly the best Chinese food I have ever had (seriously - I lived in China for 6 months and this food tastes incredibly authentic). We had a little mixup on our order and they were kind, quick, and efficient to fix it. I highly recommend this restaurant and we definitely will not be choosing anyone else for our takeout.
