This is not $25 worth of Mediterranean food. Steak was definitely not filet or any kind of premium cut. Rice was comparable to uncle Ben’s minute rice and overcooked at that. Flavors were typical, a little salty, but very average Mediterranean food. Their lunch gyros seem like a reasonable price and people should definitely stick to that. This meal could definitely benefit from a bigger portion of hummus and pita, the advertised cuts of meet (or more of lesser cut), better rice, and adding a side salad. That’s what you would typically get from a Mediterranean style platter like this and sort of what I was expecting. Overall the platters and plates are overpriced for mediocre food, there are definitely better places to waste your money.
Me and my friend do this thing every Saturday where we try new foods and restaurants in the area, just so we can both support local businesses and so we can have a taste of other cultures. Hummus is definitely a great place to try! I'm British and miss kebabs so much, and they had a few items on the menu that were extremely similar. Food tasted great and it was fairly priced. Our servers were friendly and didn't check on us too many times. Thank you for the great experience and hopefully we will visit again!!
As a Middle Eastern who tried Mediterranean food across, this was great experience. Tried 3 different dishes, all were delicious. Hummus ranks in the top of my favorites Mediterranean restaurants in the US. I'm glad that now we have this awesome Mediterranean joint in the area. We'll be visiting more often.
