Hummus House

Today was our first visit to Hummus House fir lunch. We ordered 2 Gyro Pita $8.79 each and added falafel to one fir an additional $1.69, Salad $10.31, fries $3.49, XL Hummus $4.29, Pita Chips $2.39, 2 pieces of baklava $ $4.79, 1 snickerdoodle cookie $1.69 and 3 fountain drinks $7.47. This casual cafe is set up similar to a Moe’s or Chipotle where you select your food and follow it being made down the line as you pick your ingredients. There are just 10 tables in this restaurant and they are all inside. The food is pretty tasty and service is nice. Fir the three of us the total was over $58 so it’s not inexpensive. They have several flavors of hummus to choose from and we tried the roasted red pepper, garlic and guacamole Hummus.

Finally stopped by to try it and it was worth it! It is Mediterranean food were you can build your own pita, salad bowl or rice bowl. They have some suggestions if you don't want to create your own and they are pretty tasty. I got the Southwest rice bowl and it was yummy and the chicken and rice tasted fresh and well seasoned. It will be one of my go to places for a good salad or bowl. Clean place with nice and attentive staff.

I really like the flavors of this food. I’ve been coming here for about a year. But now I have some thing I want to point out. The stuff they store in the dining area is a little too much. But the thing that I didn’t like the most is that they are putting a lot less food in the bowls, although the prices have gone up. I understand the up on the prices, but don’t cut the amount of food.
