Hummus Grill Chicago

We’ve been ordering weekly from Hummus Grill for the past year and also have done a couple of very large catering orders. Today we had our first bad experience compounded by an extremely rude teller who answered the phone. We order the same thing every time with a side of the chicken kabobs for our son. We live 15 mins away. I got home and found the attached picture as the side which normally consists of four large kabobs. I called and explained that generously this would be half of the normal portion and instead of recognizing any responsibility he argued with me that it may have been “2 small pieces and 2 large pieces of chicken.” Then proceeded to offer a new order if I were to drive back and get it. Normally good service and we went because it has been good food but the food quality has been deteriorating for months and then this service put it over the top. That was amazing experience, quite and family friendly. So welcoming, food was prepared fresh and fast. Easy street parking, right in-front of the restaurant. The kiddos tried dine-in Mediterranean food for the first time and guess what? They love it, and gave give 10/10. Shawarma combinations was awesome, liked the Falafel too. Vegetarian options: Lots of salads

Very disappointed. The shawerma wrap is a comeplete let down, very oily, messy, soggy,here’s pictures to show you guys I rly hope the owners would re vamp it and take notice of these pictures. I’m used to shawarma tasting way different this one is not eatable 30 bucks down the drain.
