Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders

I meant to write this a couple weeks ago but am just now getting around to it, but a couple of weeks ago I was at the Winter Springs location to pick up my order, and Mia came out to let me know they were out of Magoo’s sauce and asked if there was anything else she could get me and went back inside to check or see what she could do but ran out and brought me 2 fresh sauces and was SO friendly and courteous in general! I’ve always gone out of my way to go to Winter Springs because of how good the food is every time and how friendly the staff is, but Mia made it even better and she was so genuinely friendly, polite and professional! I wanted to pass this on to her because she was great and deserves to know. I was a shift lead myself at a restaurant and she showed exactly what every server should be like! Can’t wait to go back soon and see her and the rest of the staff again soon, thank you for always being so great!

Ordered from here several times. The food is always fresh and delicious. Customer service is always great. The Magoo sauce is soooo good. Probably my favorite dipping sauce from any restaurant out there. My only complaint about this location is the parking. I usually have to park pretty far from it because the parking lot is usually packed. There have been times where I thought about ordering but then opted not too because I didn't feel like dealing with the parking situation. Not really something Huey Magoo's can help with but it is a part of the experience unfortunately.

I haven’t even gotten my food yet but I honestly don’t even care how good or bad it taste. If your customer service is poor, I don’t even wanna imagine the food. Got here right as you all opened, workers didn’t even acknowledge or say hi welcome. Completely ignored those who were waiting for food. Customer service sucks. Didn’t have any ice. Had to wait for ice to get my drink. The workers had an attitude. All around bad vibe. I’ll drive a few extra miles to go to altamonte
