My experience was good. Customer service is good. The food was good. My biggest concern was the amount of salt on everything! The fries were over salted, the Texas toast was too salty, the magoo sauce was very salty. My son didn't not agree with me so I guess it's just me and personal tastes.
Cute restaurant with nice outdoor seating. I highly recommend the wrap with grilled chicken! Always fresh and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend!
The service is consistently terrible. There have been mutiple times where I have had to ask where my food was before they even began to cook it. The employees seem like they are either incapable of doing their job or just not that interested in doing so. This last time I went I placed an online order and was given a pickup time. When I arrive, my online receipt was hanging near the register but my food wasn't ready. I ask where my food is and they say there was a problem with the system so they have to start cooking it, which will take around 15 min. If there was a problem with the system, why was my online receipt right there in plain sight for everyone to see? I believe my food was given to another customer, but whatever the issue they were in the wrong. After all of this, I wasn't offered a soda, cookie, future discount, or anything else for my inconvenience. Also, while I was standing there they were turning people away or telling them they only had burnt chicken at least 20 minute
