Hot Sizzling Wok

I used to like this place years ago. I don't remember why. Either my tatses have changed or the food has. It's bland for the most part and the ingredients do not speak of quality. It's always over priced, and I'm always disappointed. I've stopped ordering from this restaurant in favor of Panda Express on takeout night. Quality is subjective, I realize. But if I want authentic I'll go somewhere else to sit down.

Right away I noticed that the price was higher and the portions were smaller even though the food was still good these days things being what they are I want my money's worth just like they do so it'll probably be a while before I go there again

I have been picking up food here for over 15 years. I spend over 100 a month at this place. Today we also spent 100 dollars and gave a 7 dollar tip for the staff. The order was in a big box and we never get the wrong order, so we didnt check it at the restaurant. Big mistake! We got home and unpacked it and saw a dish we didn't order but was missing my daughters black bean pork. I called. Which I have never had to do before the woman, who has been there a long time and knew who I was, was so rude to me. Arguing that I ordered some other pork dish instead. She said they would make the black bean pork but would charge me the extra quarter from the price difference of the dishes. I started getting upset since I have spent thousands at this place and was insulted. She started talking over me and hung up on me. I will never go back.
