1. Server was blunt, inattentive, and only checked up on us once during our whole 2 hour stay 2. Food tasted ok, but it doesn’t compensate for the price. Each dish was $20+ and I’ve had mall food court Chinese that tasted better for half the price 3. Server forgot about a dish that we ordered and still tried to charge for it. When advised about the missing dish, there was no apology 4. Music is blasting, which leads to everyone screaming Overall, this place is chaotic and just not worth your money/time. Pretty face, ugly soul
The food is OUTSTANDING. And the ambience is worth the price tag on their menu. The service is always DEPLORABLE. Last time I went we were not greeted for almost 10 min. I'm NOT exaggerating, and it wasn't even busy. Train your wait staff Hot Joy! Your servers are just order takers.Train them to manicure their tables and clear empty glasses and plates when they're done being used. Teach them to be present and involved with their guests. Teach them to take charge of the guest's meal timing. Last time I went with three friends and my dish took forever. My friends were almost done eating by the time I got my meal. If you know it's going to take longer then ring up their food a few minutes after mine, or communicate with your BOH. There is a very evident lack of teamwork. All the servers walk around with blinders on with a "you're not my table" attitude. You can tell there is not much managerial presence. I've eaten here a lot, and never has anyone ever approached me to ask about my experi
Went out for dinner with friends (6 of us). The atmosphere was amazing and fun. The restroom was not “safe” and awkward. No space for a waiting line. You have to open the door slow. Our waiter Storm G was slight unfriendly and somehow rude. I could tell that he was stressed with our orders and requests. We were deaf and hard of hearing. Storm acknowledged that I identified myself and my hubby as deaf. I asked him about the dessert and asked him to write down for me answering my question. He refused and talked to one of our hard of hearing friends instead. That was not what I asked. I felt offended. He constantly talked to my hard of hearing friends while they were CLEARLY having hard time to understand him. After the orders, there were other staff that seemed to be not informed that we are deaf and hard of hearing so they brought dishes and spoke. We HAD TO figure out who they were for. Storm was not there. It would be great if Storm came with them and deliver those dishes to us accord
