Went to this store couple of weeks ago on a Sunday. Walked in, 5 store employees looked at me, said nothing, and then walked into the back kitchen for 5 minutes and never came out to serve the food. Ended up just walking out of the restaurant and going elsewhere. While driving off, saw them smoking outside the back area of the restaurant. Inside was also dirty.
Their employees curs in front of the customers with no care, the one girl with blonde hair is rude and burps over your food, they just have no care unless the management is there even then some of them still don't listen. Parking: More than enough right by the building.
Super fast, super friendly service. I got a chicken burrito and it was great. I'm a big Chipolte fan, but Hot Heads may bump Chipolte as my favorite burrito spot. Definitely recommend.
