Hoptinger Bier Garden & Sausage House

We ordered beach snacks (cheese curds and mini franks) a few days earlier and both were delicious so we decided to have dinner here also. The Rocky Balboa burger was so big and beautiful! ???? Hubby ate every bit of it. He says it was cooked just well without being overcooked. My beer battered fried shrimp were best I've had post covid! They were fresh and seasoned to perfection. Heck, even the fries and mocktail were delicious. The bar itself was larger than expected with lots of seating. Staff were friendly. Great experience!

Naked wings was without seasoning or any flavor at all, had to ask for salt. The air ducts and fans need to be cleaned ASAP!!! A lot of dust in them. As well the windows. Service was GREAT! I liked the place but it has some issues owners need to pay attention to. Just a friendly and a consumer suggestion.

Came on a Sunday for brunch for my friend's birthday. Call ahead for reservations, we had a larger party ( 12 of us ) but our server was amazing! The bar staff is great too, vibes are good and they have an awesome beer selection. We had mimosa flights, brunch bombs, and tons of great food. The sausage board is a classic, who doesn't love a good pierogi? The Chicken Biscuit on the brunch menu had goat cheese on it, so obviously I ordered it. If you’re a Bloody Mary fan I highly recommend ordering one with ‘The Works' just to post it on your instagram story. If you’re in Jax Beach definitely come by for brunch, super popular, good crowd, and right by the ocean.
